Power plant Development and Installations

Every application (Industrial or Residential) has its peculiar power demand (requirement) which informs the requisite power solution to be implemented. AET is specialist in demand assessment for non-interpose power supply. Fathoms alternative power to complement the grid or independent solution with scope covering cable sizing, layout design, evacuation/distribution planning, measurement and materials evaluation amongst others.

Power Infrastructure Management

Proper power management is germane for reliable power and desirable equipment infrastructure useful life span. Adherence to the OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturer) operational and maintenance standards; use of requisite tools and relevant technology ensures a reliable system. AET maintains a proactive approach in keeping to on time maintenance schedule, keeping data records, monitoring and recommending necessary prevention/corrective measures ahead of escalations and in keeping the client/ stakeholders abreast of updates and/or profess regular reporting is adhered to.

Electrical Panels

For proper electrical gadget installation and standardisation, Electrical panel form an integral part of the installation from where trained personnel can monitor and control the functions of the various electrical component, circuit or section of the whole system.

We engage in the design and construction of panels for various purposes and deliver custom build panels ranging from;

Metering Service Provision – Specification, Supply and Installation

Being accustomed to the Nigeria metering code, standards and specification in relation to the customer’s need, AET has delivered successfully in metering service provision including aiding technology transfer from the developed country for domestic application, recommending and implementing metering solution, executing installation and support services to Nigerian local manufacturers and vendors.

For efficient energy bill and management, at AET we design and recommend the metering system that best suit and advice neccessary metering checkpoint for audit/due diligence on the distribution network.

Solar Inverter System

Solar energy is the third most used renewable energy in the world. In Nigeria where power energy from the grid is insufficient, her climate resources, economic and societal condition makes solar a good alternative energy source. AET has several experiences in solar electrification and inverter for industries, hospital, pharmacy others where uninterruptible power is paramount. We offer installation, maintenance and supply of PV solar panel, batteries, inverters, charge controllers and our solution is promised on load audit and calculation for business intelligent.

Generator Maintenance and Escalation Intervention

Good maintenance culture is key for an efficient diesel generator unit. Rather than just filters and oil change, generator maintenance entails regular checks and part replacement at earmarked hours of operations as recommended by the OEM. Preventive and scheduled maintenance (P.M & S.M) are of higher priority to limit the occurrence of escalations that necessitate corrective maintenance (C.M). As a skilled maintenance company we place value on observing good P.M and C.M, paying attention to detail, applying the OEM’s recommendation and maintenance matrix. Whilst for intervention on breakdown/escalation we deal with the right replacement part from authorised dealers and sales representatives. This we do to keep the generator unit in top form.

Rental Power

Emergency stop gap is inevitable for most application without redundancy at times of unplanned breakdowns, short term projects such as construction / development works, upgrade works, others. Such requires dependable rugged generator to satisfy immediate needs with no hassles. Through our rental power support sister company, we provide prism rental power diesel generating sets ranging from 200kva to 1000kva (1Mva).

We are equipped to undertake high capacity works requiring heavy duty machines, cranes, warehousing and others via specialist service and equipment providers that we have relationship with. We also have relationship with support and administrative organizations including courier service, authorized spares and part dealers for generators CAT, SDMO and Perkins, electrical vendors, and generator rental which helps to entrench our qualitative and reliable service standpoint.
